Louis is currently responsible for sales IT systems at Bouygues Telecom, where he leads a team of experts who develop and support the systems enabling sales of fixed and mobile services for French customers.
With 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Louis worked as an IT Architect, before holding managerial positions in network and IT systems. His teams are deploying and regularly releasing new features for the company's sales solutions, to get better operational efficiency and contribute to the improvement of the customer experience by working closely with the business and users.
